EverBank Wholesale Lending Opens New Office in Seattle, WA

Jacksonville, FL - EverBank® announces the opening of its Wholesale Lending office, located in Seattle, WA - offering residential first, second, portfolio arms, government and jumbo mortgage loans throughout the Pacific Northwest. This is the 10th wholesale lending office opened by EverBank Wholesale Lending and the first in the Seattle area.

The Seattle office will be managed by Michael Smith, who joins EverBank from Vertice (formerly American Mortgage Network) and brings over 15 years of mortgage experience to the team. Account Executives include:
- Bryson Bede, Senior Account Executive - With over 3 years of experience in residential wholesale mortgage lending, most recently with Premier Lending, Mr. Bede will be originating new loans in the Seattle, WA area.
- Todd Edwards, Senior Account Executive - With over 3 years of experience in residential wholesale mortgage lending, most recently with United Financial Mortgage, Mr. Edwards will be originating new loans in the Portland, OR area.
- Janette Slavin, Senior Account Executive - With over 5 years of experience in residential wholesale mortgage lending, most recently with Mortgage IT, Ms. Slavin will be originating new loans in the Seattle, WA area.
- Lori Krafft, Senior Account Executive - With over 7 years of experience in residential wholesale mortgage lending, most recently with ComUnity Lending, Ms. Krafft will be originating new loans in the Spokane, WA area.
- Neil Vandehey, Senior Account Executive - With over 4 years of experience in residential wholesale mortgage lending, most recently with ComUnity Lending, Mr. Vandehey will be originating new loans in the Portland, OR area.
- Stew Whitman, Senior Account Executive - With over 2 years of experience in residential wholesale mortgage lending, most recently with ComUnity Lending, Mr. Whitman will be originating new loans in the Vancouver, WA area.
