The Power Approval® program is available for applicants who may wish to obtain a conditional approval solely of the applicant's creditworthiness. Because it is based on verification of information used to qualify the applicant for the loan before the property has been identified and valuated, the analysis requires the submission of some documentation before disclosures can be issued. Participation in this program is optional, as no applicant is required to submit documentation prior to receiving a Loan Estimate in order to obtain a loan. A Power Approval credit determination is not a final loan approval. Until a property is identified and the rate is locked, the interest rate and other loan terms and conditions may change without notice. Applications must meet our lending standards at the time of final loan approval, including an acceptable appraisal.
The rate lock programs may not be available for all loan types or for all transactions. The longer the rate lock period the higher the interest rate. Please contact us for more details regarding terms and conditions.
