Maturity alerts will be sent 15 days prior to the CD maturity date.
No Automatic Rollovers
Since there are no automatic rollovers with CDs placed through CDARS, you'll need to contact us directly to request a rollover.
Importantly, all rollover requests must be received by 9 pm ET on the Tuesday prior to your maturity date. Requests may be sent to us by any of the following methods.

- Sign on to your account. Under the Service tab, choose 'Contact Us.'
*Be sure to include with your request 1) account holder name, 2) the last 4 digits of your account number and 3) CD maturity date. Fax and email requests must also include your security code.
