Business account access & information
View and download statements, connect to QuickBooks and other business management software, and get help understanding your fees. Your relationship manager or treasury management sales officer is ready to help with any questions.
You can access your statements and transaction history within business online banking:
- Log in to your account
- Go to the Reports tab
- Select Statements and Documents (For older statements, select "Search for older or specific documents")
You can download statements in PDF and export your transaction history in the following file formats:
- BAI2
- CSV
- QIF
- QuickBooks
Statement schedules vary by account type:
- Business checking: Statements are cut at the end of the month.
- Analysis checking: Statements are cut on the 15th of each month.
- Money market: Statements are created quarterly. If the account is combined with a checking account, a combined statement is issued based on the checking account statement schedule.
You can update your delivery preferences within business online banking:
- Log in to your account
- Go to the Reports tab
- Choose Statements and Documents
- Select View and maintain document preferences
- Make changes to your delivery preferences

You have two options for connecting your business management software:
- Account aggregation: If your software supports account aggregation such as Yodlee, Plaid or MX, locate EverBank Business and enter your online banking credentials to establish the connection.
- Secure file transmission: To set up a secure file transmission, contact your relationship manager, financial center or treasury management sales officer for details.
We support both QB Express Web Connect and QB Web Connect. To connect, visit the QuickBooks support page for additional details.
Please note: QB Direct Connect isn't supported at this time.
