Steps to add or change beneficiaries online

Before you begin, gather the required details for each individual. You need their full name, Social Security number and date of birth.

Step 1: Log in to your account

Access online banking from everbank.com.

Step 2: Navigate to account services

Open the Self-Service menu and then choose Account Services.

Step 3: Access the beneficiaries digital form

Select the Beneficiaries tab. You may need to verify your identity with a one-time passcode.

Step 4: Update your information

Use the Add and Remove buttons to manage your beneficiaries.
