Initiate a secure outgoing wire transfer directly from your account in a few simple steps.

Receive domestic and international funds easily

Share our specific routing number and SWIFT code to have incoming funds deposited directly into your EverBank account. Foreign currency wires into U.S. dollar-denominated accounts automatically convert to USD upon receipt.

How to send a wire transfer

Log in to your account at everbank.com, open the Transfer & Pay menu, and then choose Wires. You will be prompted to enter a one-time passcode.

Adding a recipient

  • Select the Add Recipient button
  • Provide your recipient’s personal information including their name and address
  • Enter information for the receiving bank including bank address, routing number and account number
    • The bank name will automatically populate
    • If you need an intermediary bank, please provide those details
  • Select Continue, then review and submit the information

Sending a wire

  • Select the Send a Wire button associated with the recipient you want to send money to
  • Enter your wire details including the account you want to send from, the wire amount, the purpose of the wire, and an optional memo for reference
  • Select Continue,  then review and submit your wire transfer request

When will my wire transfer process?

Wire transfers are processed Monday through Friday, except on bank holidays. For same-day processing, submit domestic wire requests by 4 p.m. (ET) and international wire requests by 3:30 p.m. (ET). Requests submitted on weekends, bank holidays and after wire cut-off times will be processed on the next business day.

What fees apply to a wire transfer?

Incoming wires are completely free. Outgoing wires incur a fee of $25 for a domestic wire or $35 for an international U.S. dollar wire. Please see our Deposit Account Fee Schedule for full details.

What is an intermediary bank, and do I need one?

An intermediary bank (sometimes called a correspondent bank) is a third-party bank that helps transfer funds during a wire transfer. Intermediary banks are commonly used by international banks or smaller domestic banks and credit unions when EverBank does not have a direct relationship with the recipient’s bank. If you’re unsure whether an intermediary bank is required, please contact your recipient or the recipient’s bank to confirm their wire instructions.

Can I receive a foreign currency wire?

Yes, you can receive foreign currency funds. If you have an eligible World Markets account denominated in that particular foreign currency, it can be directly deposited into that account. Otherwise, the foreign currency will have to be converted into whatever currency the receiving account is denominated in. For instance, if foreign currency is sent to a U.S. dollar denominated account, we will convert the foreign wire funds into USD upon receipt. Foreign currency wire instructions
