Amy Wagner is Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, for EverBank. She joined the bank in 2002, and has held several senior roles, including Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Litigation Counsel, and has served as the bank’s lead labor and employee relations attorney. In her current role, Ms. Wagner leads the bank’s Human Resources functions and teams.
Prior to joining EverBank, Ms. Wagner was counsel with the law firms of Carlton Fields, Pennsylvania, in Miami, Florida, and Broad and Cassel in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Ms. Wagner is a graduate of the University of North Florida and received her Juris Doctor from Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University.
