However, associates who have access to the compensation information of other associates or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other associates or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by us, or (c) consistent with our legal duty to furnish information. If you believe that you have experienced discrimination, contact OFCCP at 1.800.397.6251 or TTY 1.877.889.5627.

E-Verify notice

At EverBank, we use E-Verify to confirm you're authorized to work in the U.S. This is an Internet-based system that compares information entered by an employer from an employee’s Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to records available to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration to confirm employment eligibility. Learn more about E-Verify.

Machine-Readable Files (MRFs)

The Transparency in Coverage Final Rules require certain group health plans to provide two separate MRFs on a public website. One MRF discloses information regarding in-network provider rates for billed charges on covered items and services. The second MRF discloses historical out-of-network allowed amounts for billed charges on covered items and services.
