Futures that thrive

Through our partnership with Thrive Scholars, EverBank helps high-achieving students from under-resourced communities unlock their potential. Thrive Scholars provides the opportunities and connections students need to thrive at top colleges and build meaningful careers. EverBank is proud to play a part in that journey.

At our offices, EverBank hosts career day experiences that give Thrive Scholars firsthand exposure to the world of finance. Students engage with our leaders and explore career paths. Our volunteers also connect virtually through networking sessions and career panels.

Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship

Igniting the entrepreneurial mindset

Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship’s (NFTE) purpose is to lead the movement for equitable access to entrepreneurship education. EverBank helps bring that mission to life through classroom coaching and innovative events like Spark Tank at the Bank, a pitch competition hosted at our Jacksonville headquarters where high school students present real business ideas to EverBank executive judges on the big stage.

Our volunteers help students see what’s possible when passion meets opportunity. The impact extends across the Southeast and nationwide.

In 2024, EverBank was honored as Volunteer Partner of the Year, recognizing our deep commitment to NFTE’s mission.

Junior Achievement

Inspiring young minds to achieve

Every Jacksonville Jaguars touchdown means more students gain access to financial education. Over 10,000 students have been impacted in the classroom and on the field through Touchdowns for Tomorrow.

Habitat for Humanity Jacksonville

Building more than houses

As part of our One Team. One Home. initiative, we pledged to build or repair 100 homes across Northeast Florida over 5 years. That goal is complete, but our work is not over.

EverBank volunteers make an impact on construction builds and lead financial education workshops to improve financial foundations, promote savings and prepare Habitat families for homeownership.
