EverBank is committed to helping meet the credit needs of the communities we serve through qualified lending, investments and services that benefit low-and-moderate income (LMI) individuals or geographies.
EverBank’s CRA contributions focus on programs that support:
- Financial education
- Workforce development / economic development
- Revitalization and stabilization of local communities
- Affordable housing
All programs benefit low-and-moderate income (LMI) individuals or geographies and have a primary purpose of community or economic development of these areas, distressed areas or designated disaster areas.
Organizations eligible to apply must:
- Be nonprofit or community-based organization serving EverBank’s assessment areas.
- Deliver programs that have a primary purpose of community or economic development.
- Serve low-and-moderate income individuals, families or geographies.
- Florida: Broward County, Collier County, Duval County, Lee County, Miami-Dade County, Palm Beach County, Pinellas County
- California: Alameda County, Orange County, Los Angeles County, Marin County, Placer County, San Bernardino County, San Francisco County, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, Ventura County
- New York: Queens County

Please complete the required information included in the CRA Charitable Grant Application. Additionally, the following attachments are required. Please combine all attachments into one PDF.
- Cover letter
- W-9
- Copy of your current IRS determination letter indicating tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status
- Board of Directors list, including names and affiliations
- Annual report, if available
- Most recent Impact Report
- Most recent audited financial statements (if available) or IRS Form 990
- A list of major corporate and foundation donors for the past two years
- Summary of the organization’s three major core programs or activities

No. While EverBank encourages eligible organizations to apply, an invitation to apply does not guarantee funding approval. All requests are reviewed based on eligibility, community impact, alignment with CRA objectives and available resources.
EverBank is planting a stake in the ground to impact 1 million students through financial education by 2030. This initiative reflects our commitment to empowering future leaders with the knowledge and confidence to make smart financial decisions. Through our community partnerships, volunteer programs and community investments, we are expanding access to financial education and helping students build stronger financial futures.
EverBank reviews requests on an annual basis. All applications submitted during the cycle will be considered for 2026 funding only. Organizations seeking continued support are encouraged to reapply each year during the annual request cycle.
