Frank Ervin

Frank Ervin serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer of EverBank and previously held this same leadership position since 2014. He joined the bank in 2013 as Senior Vice President and Chief Auditor.

Prior to joining EverBank, Mr. Ervin held a variety of senior positions with Bank of America Corporation including Senior Risk Executive and Senior Audit Director. He was the Managing Director and CFO of various divisions and subsidiaries of Wachovia Securities, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. Prior to Wachovia Securities, Mr. Ervin held several senior finance roles, including Chief Financial Officer of the Merrill Lynch U.S. Banks, Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation, and Merrill Lynch Retirement Services, and Senior Audit Manager, specializing in financial services, for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Ervin received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
