John Elton

John Elton serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer, for EverBank. He joined the bank’s technology team in 2014. In this current role, Mr. Elton leads all technology activities for the bank and is responsible for all facets of technology, information security, strategy, and delivery to support innovation, growth, and operations.

Previously, Mr. Elton served as the bank’s Chief Technology Officer, providing leadership to the bank infrastructure, and architecture teams and guiding the overall technology strategy. Additionally, he has held roles leading the bank teams for deposit, marketing, and digital technologies.

Mr. Elton is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School.
