Lindsay Lawrence

Lindsay Lawrence serves as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining EverBank in 2023, Ms. Lawrence served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at First Foundation Bank from June 2015 to December 2022, where she was accountable for the retail bank, direct bank, and commercial deposit groups, deposit operations divisions, business intelligence, and the digital delivery, product, treasury management, and payment channels. From January 2023 to August 2023, Ms. Lawrence was a bank consultant at Lawrence Financial Consulting and, earlier in her career, also held leadership roles with Umpqua Bank, and its predecessor Sterling Savings Bank, Opus Bank, Sunwest Bank, Vineyard Bank and Commercial Capital Bank.

Ms. Lawrence serves as a member of the boards of directors of Clearinghouse CDFI, Pacific Coast Banking School and the Mater Dei High School Monarch Foundation.

Ms. Lawrence earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northwestern University, and a Master of Business Administration from University of California, Irvine, both with Honors. She also is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.
