Mark Baum

Mark Baum serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of EverBank. Since joining EverBank in 2003, he has served in a variety of leadership roles, supporting the bank’s directors, executive management team, and associates on a broad range of strategic, corporate governance, bank regulatory, and risk management matters. Prior to joining EverBank, Mr. Baum practiced law at the international firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP, where he represented public and private companies in a variety of corporate and securities law matters.

He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida. Mr. Baum completed the TIAA/UNC-Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School Accelerated Leaders Program.
