Mercy Anne Martin

Mercy Anne Martin is the Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at EverBank, where she leads enterprise-wide compliance and financial crimes strategy and governance. Prior to joining, she served as Deputy Chief Audit Executive and Chief Operations Officer at Truist Financial Corp, overseeing audit delivery, strategic initiatives, and audit practices including QA and methodology. Previously, at MUFG, she held several executive roles across the three lines of defense, including Division Audit Executive, Head of Enterprise Risk and Strategic Risk and Head of the Central Risk and Controls Office.

Throughout her career, Mercy Anne has held senior leadership roles in audit, finance, HR and risk management at TD Bank, PMRS and Goldman Sachs. She began her career at KPMG LLP as an external assurance associate covering financial services. Mercy Anne is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a Certified Public Accountant.
