Steve Fischer

Steve Fischer serves as Vice Chairman of EverBank. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and President for TIAA Bank. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of TIAA Bank and Chief Financial Officer of EverBank.

Before joining EverBank in 2011, Mr. Fischer had more than 18 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on publicly held financial services institutions. As a Partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, he provided accounting, auditing, transaction and consulting services to his clients. Mr. Fischer’s clients ranged from a global insurance provider to regional banks and securities firms.

Mr. Fischer is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Georgia. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.
