Hide an account from view
Hiding an account from view can help simplify your online banking experience by reducing clutter, allowing you to focus on the accounts you use most.
When an account is hidden, it’s removed from your Accounts screen and transfer options and may also be removed from Zelle® and Bill Pay unless you’ve previously used it with those services.
How to hide an account
You can manage your display options online or in the mobile app.
- Log in to your account at everbank.com
- Open the menu, and then choose Display Options
- Within the Display Options section, select the Accounts tab
- Hide or show accounts using the eye icon and click Save
- Log in to your account on our mobile app
- Select the three-line menu icon in the upper-left corner
- Open the More... menu, and then choose Display Options
- Within the Display Options section, select the Accounts tab
- Hide or show accounts using the eye icon and click Save
Quick answers
Does hiding an account close it?
No. Hiding an account simply removes it from your immediate visual dashboard. Your account remains open and active.
Can I reverse this action later?
Yes. You can easily show the account again by returning to your display options and selecting the eye icon.
