- Log in to your account at everbank.com
- Open the Self Service menu, and then choose Manage Debit Card
- Use the arrows to locate the correct debit card
- Select the Report Card Lost/Stolen button and follow the on-screen instructions
- Log in to your account on our mobile app
- Select the three-line menu icon in the upper-left corner
- Open the Self Service menu, and then choose Manage Debit Card
- Use the arrows to locate the correct debit card
- Select the Report Card Lost/Stolen button and follow the on-screen instructions
