How to update your contact information
You can update your details online or in the mobile app. To help protect your accounts, you will need access to one of the phone numbers we already have on file for you.
- Log in to your account at everbank.com
- Open the More... menu, and then choose Profile
- Within the Profile section, select the Contact Information tab
- Locate the information you want to change and select the edit icon
- Follow the on-screen instructions to save your changes
- Log in to your account on our mobile app
- Select the three-line menu icon in the upper-left corner
- Open the More... menu, and then choose Profile
- Within the Profile section, select the Contact Information tab
- Locate the information you want to update and select the edit icon
- Follow the on-screen instructions to save your new information
How to designate addresses by specific accounts
We allow one residential address per profile, but you can choose to designate specific mailing addresses per individual account. Just follow the same steps as above to navigate to your Contact Information from either everbank.com or the EverBank mobile app. From there, select the edit icon next to Address and follow the on-screen instructions to set your preferences.
