How to easily set delivery preferences online and on the mobile app

When you enroll in online banking, you are automatically enrolled in electronic document delivery, and this cannot be turned off. You can update your delivery settings to include paper delivery from the Documents Center using either the website or our mobile app.

Please note that all IRA statements and documents are sent exclusively by mail. These specific documents are not available online.

How do I go paperless?

We make it convenient to go paperless. Navigate to the Delivery Settings tab within the Documents Center and toggle on the Go Paperless option at the top. Then be sure to click Apply Changes at the bottom of the screen to save your preference.
