Three simple ways to start your deposit
Once you log in to the EverBank mobile app, there are three distinct ways to find the check deposit feature.
- Look to the bottom menu of the app and select the Check Deposit button
- Select the three-line menu icon in the upper-left corner and choose Check Deposit
- Select any eligible deposit account and tap the Deposit button on the account details page
Once you are within the Check Deposit section, simply follow the on-screen instructions. The app will walk you through how to take a clear photo of your check and send it to be deposited to your selected account.

What do I need to use the mobile check deposit feature?
You first need to be registered for online banking. Once you register, download the EverBank mobile app from the Apple App Store® or Google PlayTM to get started.
How can I view checks I have already deposited?
You can view your deposited check images by visiting the Deposit History tab within the Check Deposit screen. Choose the account you want to review, then select a deposit to view the check images.
To request a copy of a deposited check, please call us at 1.888.882.3837.
How do I know when my funds are ready to use?
You can check your available balance directly in the app to confirm when your deposited funds are ready for use. Review your Account Dashboard or each account page, as both display your available balance.
Balances may be updated based on business days. If you think your balance isn’t correct or has not been updated to reflect your most recent deposits, please call us at 1.888.882.3837.
