While many account updates can be completed online, some requests require supporting documents to move forward. Our secure document upload feature lets you safely submit forms when completing tasks such as a name change, adding an account holder, or establishing a power of attorney—without mailing paperwork or visiting a financial center.

How to submit paperwork online
Step 1: Log in to your account
Access online banking from everbank.com.
Step 2: Navigate to the upload tool
Open the Communications menu and then choose Documents Center. Select the Document Upload tab.
Step 3: Add your documents
Drag and drop your file(s) into the upload window or select them directly from your computer. You can upload up to 10 documents at a time, with a total size limit of 160 MB. Each file must be 16 MB or smaller.
Step 4: Agree and submit
Agree to the Terms and Conditions, then choose Upload Document. When your upload is complete, you’ll see an on-screen confirmation message.
Upload tips and requirements
- You can rename a file after selecting it
- To remove a file from your upload list, select the “X” next to the file name
- Password-protected files can’t be uploaded
- All uploaded files are scanned for viruses
- When scanning documents, use black‑and‑white settings, a 300 DPI resolution and save as PDF or TIF
