How to order personal checks

We have partnered with Deluxe for checkbook ordering to give you more personalized options for your checkbooks. Select from a variety of check designs and easily edit things like your name, address and phone number before you finalize your order. Please note that certain design choices require a fee.

Requesting a stop payment

If you have issued checks or have misplaced checks that you do not wish to be paid, you can request a stop payment to prevent them from being paid. Navigate to Account Services from the Self Service menu and select the Stop Payment tab. Follow the on-screen instructions to place your request. Fees apply. See Deposit Account Fee Schedule.

Request an Official Check

An Official Check is a secure payment option, often used for large purchases like a home or automobile. An EverBank representative signs these checks to verify your available funds. You can request an Official Check through the Account Services link in the Self Service menu within online banking. You will be prompted to verify your identity with a one-time passcode.

Can I edit my personal details on my new checks?

Yes. You can update things like your name, address and phone number before you finalize your order with Deluxe.

Can I deposit a check by mail?

Yes. EverBank accepts check deposits by mail.

To mail a deposit, download and complete a  deposit slip.  Be sure the check is made payable to the account holder, is properly endorsed and includes the account number. For your convenience, order free, postage-paid deposit envelopes using our deposit envelopes order form.
