How to register for online banking

The easiest time to register is during your online account application. You can skip re-entering any information and get access right away. If you don’t register then, you can complete enrollment at any time by following the steps below.

Step 1: Gather your information

Have your first name, last name, date of birth, Social Security Number, account numberYour full account number is available in your application summary, which can be accessed from the email we sent when your account was opened. and account type ready.

Step 2: Choose your platform

Go to everbank.com/register or use the EverBank mobile app to get started.

Step 3: Create your login credentials

Follow the on-screen prompts to create your user ID and password.


How to navigate online banking

When you log in to online banking, you’ll land on the Accounts page. From there, you can view:

  • Accounts and balances
  • Recently posted transactions
  • Scheduled transactions
  • Announcements from EverBank

Within the Transfer & Pay menu, you can access:

  • Internal/external transfers
  • Wire transfers
  • Bill pay
  • Zelle®

Within the Self-Service menu, you’ll find:

  • Account services, which includes:
    • Order checks
    • Request Official Checks
    • Stop payments
    • Manage CDs
    • Overdraft protection
    • Manage beneficiaries
    • Close account
  • Manage debit card

Within the Communications menu, you can access:

  • Documents Center — view statements, notices and tax documents, manage document delivery settings, and securely upload documents
  • Text and email alerts — manage your alert preferences for accounts, debit card and bill pay activity, Zelle®, various services, and security details
  • Push notifications — manage your enrolled devices and turn on or off individual notifications

Within the More… menu, you’ll find:

  • Profile — view or update your login and contact information, or access banking disclosure agreements
  • Display options — control how your Accounts dashboard looks with settings for account numbers, account display order and account nicknames
  • ATM locator
  • Financial center locations

What are the password requirements for EverBank online banking?

Please follow these rules to set up a valid password on your first try.

  • Use 8 – 32 characters
  • Include at least 1 uppercase letter
  • Include at least 1 lowercase letter
  • Include at least 1 number
  • CANNOT include your first name, middle name, last name or user ID in forward or reverse
