Set or edit CD maturity instructions
Near the end of your CD term is the perfect time to evaluate your financial goals. Set your CD maturity instructions to align with your current priorities.
Why setting your instructions matters
Control over your funds
You have the power to decide what happens next. You can update the renewal term, add funds, withdraw funds or close the account completely.
Automatic renewals
If you don't provide instructions, your CD will automatically renew at maturity, making it easy to continue earning interest. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for a complete list of each CD's Auto-Renewal Term as certain CDs will renew into shorter or longer terms than the original term.
Easy digital access
You can set your preferences well in advance of the maturity date using the EverBank website or mobile app.

What are CD maturity instructions?
CD maturity instructions are your chance to provide directions to us for what you would like to do with your CD at the end of its term. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for a complete list of each CD's Auto-Renewal Term as certain CDs will renew into shorter or longer terms than the original term.
Is there a cut-off time to provide CD maturity instructions?
Yes, the cut-off times to provide CD maturity instructions are as follows:

Online instructions are accepted until 11:59 p.m. (ET) on the tenth business day while phone or in-person requests must be received by 5 p.m. (ET).
Please note that WorldCurrency CD accounts do not have a grace period and require instructions at least three days prior to maturity.
