Set alerts and notifications
Alerts and notifications help you stay informed about important account activity so you can manage your finances with confidence. You can choose how and when you receive updates—by text message, email or push notification—based on what matters most to you.
Keep tabs on your accounts with ease
Alerts notify you about specific activity, such as balance changes and upcoming payments, helping you to identify when there may potential fraud or unauthorized activity on your account. Most alerts are customizable, allowing you to tailor notifications to your preferences, while certain security alerts are always enabled to help protect your account.
How to set text and email alerts
You can manage your preferences via the Communications Center on everbank.com or the EverBank mobile app.
- Log in to your account at everbank.com
- Open the Communications menu, and then choose Text and Email Alerts
- Review the various tabs available for different types of alerts
- Use the edit icon next to the corresponding account or service to make your selections
- Select Save or Update at the bottom of the page to register your choices
- Log in to your account on our mobile app
- Select the three-line menu icon in the upper-left corner
- Open the Communications menu, and then choose Text and Email Alerts
- Review the various tabs available for different types of alerts
- Use the edit icon next to the corresponding account or service to make your selections
- Select Save or Update at the bottom of the page to register your choices
Turn on mobile push notifications
Enable push notifications to stay up to date on profile changes, money movement, and service alerts. Notifications are delivered instantly to your mobile device—no need to open the EverBank app. Be sure the EverBank mobile app is installed, and notifications are turned on to receive them.

- Turn notifications on or off using the toggles for each alert type
- Log in to your account on our mobile app
- Select the three-line menu icon in the upper-left corner
- Open the Communications menu, and then choose Text and Email Alerts
