Bank account statements give you a clear snapshot of your financial activity, helping you track where your money comes from, where it goes, and how your balance changes throughout the month.


Clear visibility for your everyday banking

What you'll find on your monthly statement:

  • Account details: Account holder name(s) and address, account number and statement period
  • Beginning and ending balances: Your balance at the start and end of the statement period
  • Transaction history: Deposits, withdrawals, purchases, payments, transfers, and checks
  • Fees and charges: Monthly maintenance fees, if applicable, overdraft fees, or other service charges
  • Interest earned: Interest rate and total interest credited
  • Year-to-date totals: Interest earned or fees paid

How to view statements online and on the mobile app

If you are an authorized account holder, you can view, print or download account statements from the Documents Center, which can be accessed through online or mobile banking.

How long are my bank statements available online?

Your bank statements are kept available online for up to seven years. During this time, you can view, download or print past statements directly through online or mobile banking.

Are my IRA statements available online?

We send IRA statements exclusively by mail. These specific documents are not available online.

Can I receive account statements in the mail?

Yes, you can. Within the Documents Center, open the “Delivery Settings” tab, toggle on “Paper” for the account statements you would like to receive in the mail and select “Apply Changes.”

Where do I locate downloaded statements on my device?

Website: If you aren’t prompted to choose a location, the statement will save to the default downloads folder set by your browser.

Mobile app: If your mobile device does not prompt you for a save location, the statement will save to the downloads folder set by your device. On an iPhone, go to the system Files app, tap On My iPhone, select EverBank App, tap NoCloud and open downloads. On an Android device, go to Files and select Downloads.
