Simplify your routine with bill pay
Use EverBank's bill pay feature to manage and pay multiple bills from one convenient, secure location. Save time, keep payments organized and reduce the risk of missed or late payments when you set up scheduled and recurring payments.
How to set up a payment
To set up a one-time payment or make recurring payments, use the following method.
- Log in to your account at everbank.com
- Open the Transfer & Pay menu, and then choose Bill Pay
- Then, either select Add a New Payee OR locate the existing payee and select the Pay button associated with this payee
- Select the account you want to pay from and enter the payment amount
- Choose whether the payment is one-time or recurring and select the payment date
- Add an optional memo, select the Review and Pay button, then click Make Payment
- Log in to your account on our mobile app
- Look to the bottom menu of the app and select the Bill Pay button
- Then, either select Add a New Payee OR locate the existing payee and select the Pay button associated with this payee
- Select the account you want to pay from and enter the payment amount
- Choose whether the payment is one‑time or recurring and select the payment date
- Add an optional memo, select the Review and Pay button, then click Make Payment
Manage your scheduled payments
View, edit or delete your upcoming transactions easily. Within bill pay you can either:
- Select the payee associated with the bill payment and view the list of payments and associated actions, OR
- Within the Bill Pay section, select the Activity tab to view all scheduled or historical bill payments
Follow the on-screen instructions to edit or delete as needed. We process transaction requests same-day if received before 9 p.m. (ET) on a business day.
Track your payment history
Checking your history helps you maintain an accurate record of your accounts. You can confirm payments have been sent, or track past payments, by accessing your history through the Activity tab.

What processing time does EverBank need to pay a bill?
Scheduling the send date at least five business days before the due date allows adequate processing time.
How do I view, edit or delete a bill pay payee?
Within bill pay, select the payee you would like to modify. To edit that payee, select Edit Details, make your edits, and then select Save Changes. To delete that payee, select Delete, then follow the on-screen instructions to finalize deletion.
Can I still use eBills?
To continue to use eBills, you must navigate to the older version of bill pay. In the upper-right corner of the main bill pay experience, select the Launch Legacy Bill Pay link to access your eBills.
Can I expedite a payment?
Expedited payments are only available with an eBill, found via the Launch Legacy Bill Pay link within bill pay. Expedited electronic payments incur a $4.95 fee and overnight check payments cost $14.95.
