How to navigate the mobile app

When you log in to the mobile app, you’ll land on the Dashboard. From there, you can view:

  • Accounts and balances
  • Announcements from EverBank
  • Bottom menu with quick action links to Transfers, Bill Pay, Zelle®, and Mobile Check Deposit

In the upper left-hand corner of the dashboard, you’ll see a 3-line menu icon. When you open this menu, you’ll have access to a variety of tools and services.

Within Accounts you can navigate to:

  • Dashboard
  • Financial Snapshot

Within Transfer & Pay, you can access:

  • Internal/external transfers
  • Bill pay
  • Zelle®

Use Check Deposits to make a mobile check deposit.

Within Self-Service you’ll find:

  • Account services, which includes:
    • Order checks
    • Stop payments
    • Manage CDs
  • Manage debit card
  • Zelle® payment accounts

Within Communications you’ll find:

  • Documents Center — view statements, notices and tax documents, and manage document delivery settings
  • Text and email alerts — manage your alert preferences for accounts, debit card and bill pay activity, Zelle®, various services, and security details
  • Push notifications — manage your enrolled devices and turn on or off individual notifications

Within More… you’ll find:

  • Profile — view or update your login and contact information, or access banking disclosure agreements
  • Display options — control how your Accounts dashboard looks with settings for account numbers, account display order and account nicknames
  • ATM locator
  • Financial center locations

How to get started

Step 1: Download the app

Find the EverBank mobile app on the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Step 2: Log in or register

If you already registered for EverBank online banking, use the same credentials to log in on the app.

New users can register directly through the app by providing their name, date of birth, Social Security Number, account numberYour full account number is available in your application summary, which can be accessed from the email we sent when your account was opened. and account type.

Step 3: Start banking

Once you’re logged in, you can begin managing your money right away—check balances, transfer funds, deposit checks and more, all from one secure app.
